Man who murdered wife as she pushed their baby in pram jailed for life

Habibur Masum has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of his wife, Kulsuma Akter. The fatal attack occurred while Ms. Akter was pushing their baby in a pram. Ms. Akter sustained fatal stab wounds during the incident. At the time of her death, Kulsuma Akter had been residing in a refuge located in Bradford. The court’s decision to impose a life sentence on Masum concludes the legal proceedings surrounding the deeply distressing case.
