Andrew will not face police action over bodyguard claim

Detectives have concluded their investigation into claims that Prince Andrew misused his police protection to gather intelligence on Virginia Giuffre, his accuser. Following a thorough review, no police action will be taken against the Duke of York. The allegations, which surfaced in October, centered on the assertion that Prince Andrew attempted to obtain personal details about Ms. Giuffre via his security detail. Authorities have now closed the inquiry into these specific claims.
