Syed Usman Shah, featured in a “Welcome to Heathrow” campaign, has spoken out about the abuse he received after his image was used. While initially proud to be part of the initiative, Shah expressed his disappointment and distress over the negative reactions and personal attacks he endured online. The campaign, intended to showcase diverse individuals at the London airport, inadvertently led to Shah becoming a target for trolls who subjected him to harassment. He has since had to confront those who criticized him.
