Man caught in car with £14k of drugs as a lamb ate chips in the back seat avoids jail

Authorities stopped a vehicle on the M74 motorway near Glasgow, leading to the apprehension of John McNeil. During a search of the car, officers discovered illegal substances with an estimated street value of £14,000. Adding an unusual element to the incident, a lamb was found in the back seat of the vehicle, reportedly consuming potato chips at the time. Following legal proceedings related to the drug discovery, McNeil ultimately avoided a custodial sentence.
